Ingredients
Hinode Soba Sauce (No MSG) 100ml (Can be adjusted as preferred)
Water 100ml
Soba noodles 100-200g
Green onion, Nori Seaweed (sliced for garnish)
Wasabi (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine water and Hinode Soba sauce (No MSG), then bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Divide into individual cups for a dipping sauce. Garnish with sliced green onion.
As directed on the package, bring the soba noodles to a boil in a large pot.
Step 3
Drain the soba noodles in a sieve and rinse them under cold running water.
Step 4
Put sliced nori seaweed on the soba noodles. And enjoy!
