Teriyaki chicken is a classic Japanese dish featuring chicken marinated in a sweet and savory sauce and then grilled or pan-fried.

Ingredients
Chicken thigh .................250g
Oil .............................15ml
Soy sauce.....................20ml
Hinode Hon Mirin .............20ml
Hinode Ryorishu................20ml
Preparation
Step 1
Get the chicken ready and marinate it for about 20 minutes using Hinode Hon mirin, Hinode Ryorishu and soy sauce.
Step 2
Pour a little oil into the frying pan and heat it up.
Once it's hot, place the marinated chicken in the frying pan.
Step 3
Cook both sides with low heat.
Step 4
Add the remaining sauce of Hinode Hon mirin, Hinode Ryorishu and soy sauce.
Cook the chicken over low heat until it turns golden brown.
