About the Recipe
Chashu is a Japanese braised pork belly that's incredibly popular, especially as a topping for ramen.

Ingredients
Pork Belly Block .................. 500g
Green onion .................... 20cm
Sugar............................................. 60g
Oil .................................................. 3ml
Soy sauce..................................... 200ml
HInode Hon Mirin...................... 100ml
Hinode Ryorishu........................ 100ml
Preparation
Step 1
Tie the pork belly block with string.
Step 2
Place the pork belly block and green onion in a pot, add water until the meat is submerged, and boil on high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the boiled water and add Hinode Hon Mirin and Hinode Ryorishu, along with soy sauce, sugar and oil.
Step 4
Cook it on medium heat for 30 mins.
Step 5
Turn off the heat to cool down and keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
