About the Recipe

Oden (ใŠใงใ‚“) is a popular Japanese winter dish consisting of various ingredients simmered in a light and flavorful dashi broth.

Ingredients

  • Hinode Udon Sauce (No MSG) ....ย 200ml

  • Water ....................... 1500ml

  • Boiled eggs / White radish /Chikuwa / Konnyaku / Potato

Preparation

Step 1

Combine water and Hinode Udon Sauce (No MSG) in the pot, then bring to boil over medium heat.


Step 2

Add boiled egg, white radish, konnyaku, and chikuwa and cook for 20 mins; after that, add potato and cook another 20 mins or until all ingredients are heated through.ใ€€


Step 3

Taste the broth and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve hot.
